Now I know I went over NEAT/Daily activity in a previous blog. But I thought I would quickly go over some stats for it.

First of all, I will quickly redefine what NEAT is:

“It is the energy expended for everything we do that is not sleeping, eating or sports-like exercise. It ranges from the energy expended walking to work, typing, performing yard work, undertaking agricultural tasks and fidgeting”.

So what I thought I  would do, is to go over in this blog is how quickly those calories can add up and help you achieve the shape you want.

All of these calories I’m about to list are from my apple watch.

  • Saturday. I burnt 1,340 calories. Just simply from walking and generally being alive. (I only wore the watch for half the day).
  • Sunday. I burnt 2,939 calories. Just simply from walking and generally being alive.
  • Monday. At the time of writing this email, I have burnt 1,645 calories.

You can see how much it can help your weight loss journey just by having your daily activity high.

You should have both  NEAT and Training working in harmony so you have both benefits to create the best versions of yourself.
