We will discuss your goals and desires over a Skype/Phone call to work out how I can help you achieve your goals.
Once we have had this chat, I will draw up a Nutrition Plan and Training Program to help you achieve your goals. This will be drawn up as quickly as possible so you can start your fitness journey.
Prior to any nutrition plan given out, I’ll require you to fill out 1-2 weeks worth of MyFitnessPal records. This allows me to understand what your eating habits are and how we can work around this to achieve your results.
After all this is done, you’ll have your Training Program and Nutritional Plan so you can start to implement the plan.
You will have regular check in’s to see how you are getting on and have every opportunity to ask any questions you wish to ask.
